Mullins Mullins Sexton & Reaves

 Tracey D. Mullins is an Oklahoma attorney, practicing in Oklahoma City with an emphasis in the area of family and domestic law. Ms. Mullins started her practice at Rodney D. Watson and Associates, P.C., a general practice law firm in Norman, Oklahoma where she handled a large variety of matters, including family law, criminal defense, personal injury, products liability, medical malpractice, and bad faith insurance litigation. 

In 2005, Ms. Mullins joined the law firm Mullins Hirsch & Jones to focus her practice primarily on family law.  She became a partner in that firm in 2009.  Ms. Mullins and her partners founded Mullins Mullins Sexton and Reaves, P.C. in 2013.  Ms. Mullins has been in practice more than twenty (20) years and has a passion for assisting her clients in successful resolution of their family law matters, especially in complex custody litigation.

Ms. Mullins was an active member of the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court from 2001 through 2020, serving as an officer in the organization from 2004 through 2014.  She remains part of the organization as a Master Emeritus.  Ms. Mullins is also active in the Oklahoma County Bar Association.  She served as the chair of the family law section in 2015/2016.  She also served as a member of the Board of Directors from 2014 through 2016 and again 2020 through 2022.  She is currently serving as the Chairperson of the Oklahoma County Bar Association Fee Grievance and Ethics Committee.  She volunteers her time with the Lawyers in the Classroom and Law Related Education committees as well.
 

Ms. Mullins is AV (Preeminent) Rated by Martindale-Hubbell which is the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards.  As a young lawyer, she was honored by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star for multiple years.  She was selected as a Top Attorney in Oklahoma’s Outstanding Young Lawyers by Oklahoma Magazine in 2012.  Ms. Mullins has been honored by the Ruth Bader Ginsburg American Inn of Court with the awards for the Outstanding Associate in 2006/2007, the Special Recognition Award in 2011/2012, Outstanding Barrister in 2012/2013, and the President’s Award in 2013-2014.

Ms. Mullins and her husband, Michael L. Mullins, live in Oklahoma City.  Tracey has two children and two  stepchildren.  She loves reading, exercising, and all things dogs.
